PRICING –
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). I reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
SHIPPING AND POSTAGE –
I sell and ship within Australia only, using Australia Post. Postage will be a flat rate of $10.00. I use PAYPAL for payment of orders.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as I do not accept any responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses.
Once an order is placed, items cannot be added afterwards… a separate order will need to be placed.
I aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days. Please allow 3-14 business days for delivery, as postage can take longer to get to other states, also allow longer if a public holiday occurs within this time frame.
I will not be held responsible for damaged, lost or late items once they have left my premises. If in the event something like this occurs you will need to contact Australia Post directly.
RETURNS POLICY-
I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges if you change of mind once orders have been placed.
I make every effort to ensure my products are perfect without any faults, however I am human and mistakes can be made! If you do happen to come across any flaws in my products, please feel free to email me via my contact page, with a photo of the fault within 7 days of receiving the product.
I will exchange, give a credit or refund for faulty items at my discretion.
I have a strictly 14 day returns policy – outside of this I will not be unable to offer refund or exchange.
I do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once I have received and inspected the product, I will organise an exchange, or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email. However, return postage will be refunded if I ask you to send the product back.
Postage costs are the customers responsibility and any exchange products will not be posted until postage costs are paid in full.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.
Your purchased product must return to us in as new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. I am not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging.
Please note that when you return a product it is very important that you include your order number as well as your name and address. Also include a detailed description of the problem. Without these details I am not able to process your refund.
Being a small business, I strive to make sure my customers are 100% happy with their purchase. If for whatever reason you have a problem with your order, please get in contact with me first before leaving any feedback. I am more than happy to help sort out the issue for you.
